Mechanics
Rules
Many rules are identical to standard chess, including the starting position, piece movement, castling, and pawn promotion.
However, there is no turn order: players can make any valid move at any time.
Each piece has a specific speed of movement, which is the same for all pieces. After completing a move, a piece must recharge before it can move again.
Opposing pieces can collide if they are too close to each other. When two pieces collide, one captures the other according to the following rules:
- If only one piece is in motion, it captures the other.
- If both pieces are in motion, the piece that started moving first captures the other.
💡 Due to the specifics of the game, such rules as check, checkmate, and en passant from standard chess do not apply. Pawns are promoted to queens upon reaching the first or eighth rank.
End of the game
The game ends with a win for one side or a draw, unless the game has been canceled.
Win
A game can be won in the following ways:
- King is dead: One of the players has captured the opponent's King.
- Resignation: A player may resign, conceding victory to the opponent.
Draw
The game may end in a draw in the following cases:
- By mutual agreement of the players.
- Stalemate: No pieces have been captured and no pawn moves have occurred in the last 1.5 minutes.
- King is dead: A draw is declared if both kings were captured simultaneously. The likelihood of this event is close to zero.
